1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ofuja. By accessing or using the Ofuja platform and domain ofuja.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform. The Platform provides a curated discovery interface that links to apps hosted on external services; your use of those external services is governed by their own terms and policies.

2. Changes to Terms

Ofuja may modify these Terms at any time. We will publish changes on the Platform and indicate an effective date. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, interfaces, and software, are owned by Ofuja or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Ofuja content without Ofuja's prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to Ofuja and its licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ofuja grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for the purpose of discovering apps and information within the Platform. You may not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Ofuja or its services, or that could infringe the intellectual property rights of Ofuja or third parties.

4. Third-Party Links and Apps

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, apps, and services, including app listings that point to Google Play. Ofuja itself does not host or control the actual app binaries or services; those apps are hosted by Google Play and the respective developers. Your use of any third-party apps is governed by the terms and privacy policies of Google Play and the respective developers, not by Ofuja. Ofuja does not endorse or warrant third-party content, and you assume all risk arising from your use of such apps. Links to third-party content are provided for convenience only.

When you select an app listing on the Platform, you will be directed to Google Play to install or view the app. The availability, functionality, and terms of use of the app are determined by Google Play and the app developer. Ofuja bears no responsibility for changes to or discontinuation of any third-party app.

5. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." OFUJA DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. OFUJA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PLATFORM MAY CONTAIN INACCURATE INFORMATION OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, AND WE DISCLAIM ANY OBLIGATION TO UPDATE OR CORRECT SUCH CONTENT.

OFUJA DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE CONTENT OR THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, INCLUDING THIRD-PARTY APPS LISTED ON THE PLATFORM. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ARE PROVIDED FOR CONVENIENCE ONLY.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OFUJA, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF OFUJA TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150) FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ofuja and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms end, and you must cease all use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ofuja operates, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform.
